Ryan Henley and Luke Oates received their awards

The culture of education fostered by SCT has again brought some remarkable people to the Company.  Three of the SCT engineers have recently received prestigious awards.  Richard Bright, who works in 204 Engineering passed, with flying colours, the CMI Diploma in Management at Southampton City College Enterprises (CCE). Richard and SCT are already seeing the benefits of the qualification as he has recently been promoted.

"I’d really encourage other people who are thinking about doing something like this to give it a go.  It’s a great way to develop new skills and confidence, and all that hard work really pays off,” says Richard

Also recently receiving awards were Ryan Henley and Luke Oates, who were awarded their first year of the SETA Engineering Apprenticeships, Luke also received the prestigious award ‘Best Mechanical Achievement of the Year’.
