ISO 9001:2000 Reaccreditation

For the past 15 years, SCT has been accredited to recognised standards for Quality Assurance.  In October 1991, SCT was accredited with BS 5750 which was then superseded by the ISO 9000 series in 1994 with SCT being reaccredited to the current standard of ISO 9001:2000 in November 2006.

SCT is committed to a quality policy that ensures that the needs and expectations of customers using the terminal are met.  Through focusing on quality throughout the whole management system, SCT is able to ensure continuous improvement in quality.

Michelle McFarlane, Quality & Environment Coordinator said:

“In achieving the ISO 9001:2000 reaccreditation, it enables us to continue to demonstrate to our customers and users of the terminal that we are committed to a quality policy that meets with their needs and expectations.  We must also strive to continually improve our offering to customers.”
