Campbell Mason takes up the Reins at Southampton Container Terminals (SCT)

Campbell Mason has now officially taken over the role of Managing Director at Southampton Container Terminals (SCT), the UK’s second largest container terminal.  Campbell succeeds Patrick Walters who has taken on the role of Deputy Regional Director – Europe & North West Africa Region for DP World.

Prior to taking up this position at SCT, Campbell was Executive Director for DP World's South East Asia & Russia region based in Manila since 2005.  Campbell held various P&O Group legal positions in London and Sydney before his appointment to General Counsel of P&O Ports in 2001.

Commenting on Campbell’s appointment, Patrick Walters said:

“Campbell is a welcome addition to the management team at SCT and the wider European region of DP World.  He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge on the container industry and I look forward to working with him in my regional role.”

Talking about his arrival at SCT, Campbell said:

Campbell holds Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degrees from the University of Sydney and the PMD qualification from the Harvard Business School.  Campbell is married with three children.
