SCT Landside Customer Satisfaction Survey

Last year saw major developments at SCT with significant improvements being made to the Landside operation.  These included the introduction of mandatory VBS, the opening of an additional transfer area, improvements made to the terminal/gate layout and internal enhancements to our IT systems which governs the way we handle lorries. All these changes were geared to improving the level of service that we offer to our customers. 

Now nearly a year on these changes have had time to bed in and our haulier base has expanded to in excess of 320 companies.  We at SCT are now striving to further improve our operational performance and this can only be enhanced with feedback gained from our customers. 

In order for us to gather this information we have put together a brief survey aimed at our haulage customers covering all aspects of the Landside operation.  If you are a user of the system here at Southampton, we would appreciate if you could take the time to complete this questionnaire as honestly as you can.  In return we will examine all the results, taking on board your feedback and use it to further develop the service that we provide to you.
